CC&Rs are Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and are the governing documents that dictate how the homeowners association operates and what rules the owners -- and their tenants and guests -- must obey. These documents and rules are legally enforceable by the homeowners association, unless a specific provision conflicts with federal, state or local laws.

Board Member Letter We have all seen the nasty flyers which continue the same mean spirited smear campaign that has been all too prevalent at our association. Of course what the flyers are saying about us is false and is meant to scare you. It would be easy for us to respond in kind, but we are not going to because this community is where we own homes, we care about it, and we don't want it to be turned into a battle ground where people are constantly attacking and defaming each other. We ask you to think carefully: Is that how you want to live? Do you really want to vote for people who act in this manner and create this sort of environment?

The Election Results are In! As of the last board meeting, we have new directors. After a couple months wait for ballots to reach a quorum, there is now a new list of elected officials (alphabetically by last name):
